The video clips all play fine using Windows Media Player, so I know the format of the videos is not a problem. I have 'burnt' a DVD and watched it on TV in both programs! Read over every post on this site I could find, and still no dice. I paid for Windows DVD maker so I should be able to use it! This is pissing me off that HP and microsoft will not fix the problem.
Doesn't matter what brand of DVD-R I use, the SuperDrive won't read it. My goal is to do the whole process from capture to DVD on one computer so I will look into getting an internal drive for a desktop computer and case with I have played retail movies recently. I have thrown about thirty half burned disks in the trash.
